Proscuitto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

Easy. It’s seriously all I can handle these days. This dish is about as easy as it gets. I’m almost embarrassed to type up the steps, because there are three. Total. But I’ll type them up even though you could probably figure out what I did just based on the pictures.

Season a boneless pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. M was practicing for a new career as a hand model. I think he needs work.

Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Coat with oil and place the tenderloin in the pan. Cook 5 minutes per side until the tenderloin reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.

  1. Your photos are reminding me that I haven’t made a pork tenderloin all summer and they are so good and easy too. But I never tried it wrapped it bacon. I can just imagine how that adds something to take it over the top.
